Lentor Hills is going to be bustling and vibrant. Because of the recent GLS (Government Land Sales) in this areas. Let me walk you through the recent exciting events of Lentor Hills.

On 22 July 2021, GuocoLand top bid Lentor Central parcel which is now call Lentor Modern. This is an exciting project by GuocoLand after the hot sell condo, Midown Modern. Lentor Modern will be a mixed development. It comprises of residential units, retail spaces and childcare centres.

On 26 Jan 2022, Lentor Hills of parcel A has awarded to joint venture of 3 companies. They are GucoLand, Intrepid Investment and TID Residential. GucoLand is sure to spearhead the transformation of the areas in Lentor Hills.

Three more land parcels will release on May 2022 for sales. As shown in the picture below

A new neighbourhood conveniently located near the upcoming Lentor MRT station is planned around an existing hillock. It will feature new parks, seamless pedestrian and cycling connectivity between Teachers Estate and Lentor MRT station, as well as commercial amenities to serve the community.
